Death Valley 2000
With all the concern about the
changeover to the Year 2000, we decided that the best place to spend
the New Year would be Death Valley. Remote, quiet, peaceful, and
amazingly beautiful... if the computers, banks, and telephones went
haywire, we wouldn't even notice.
